Read this before you pay. These are the terms every order follows — your written quotation may add order-specific details, which take precedence for that order.

| Quotation validity | Every quotation we send states exactly what is included and how long the price holds. Because mandi prices move, confirm your quotation is still current before you pay. |
| GST & freight | Prices are exclusive of GST unless a quotation says otherwise. Every order ships with a GST invoice. Freight is charged at actuals by destination and quoted with your order — it is not included in the indicative bands. |
| Payment | Payment terms are confirmed with your written quotation before you pay. We never ask for payment before you have seen and accepted a quotation with grade, quantity, packing, price and dispatch plan. |
| Order confirmation | Your order is confirmed when you accept our quotation. We then share a written confirmation covering grade, quantity, packing, price, freight and the dispatch plan. |
| Dispatch & tracking | We dispatch within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (working days). The transport LR / tracking details are shared with you on dispatch. |
| Shortages, damage & quality concerns | Please check your consignment on arrival. If anything is short, damaged in transit, or not as per the confirmed grade, message us on WhatsApp promptly with photos and your lot details — we work out a fair resolution (replacement, credit or refund) case by case. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Do prices on the website stay fixed?
No. The website shows indicative October 2026 bands as a reference. Your quotation carries the live price and states how long it holds.
When do I pay?
Only after you have seen and accepted a written quotation. Payment terms are part of that quotation.
What if my consignment arrives damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp promptly with photos and your lot details. We work out a fair resolution — replacement, credit or refund — case by case.
How is my enquiry data used?
Privacy: the details you share in an enquiry (name, phone, city, requirements) are used only to respond to your enquiry. They are not sold or shared with third parties. Enquiries are handled by Makhana Wholesale.
These terms describe our standard process. Anything not covered here — credit terms, reporting windows, SLAs — is confirmed in writing with your quotation.
